Safe Driving On Hills

It is actually quite difficult to define the thrill of driving in words. I think every one should feel the experience of receiving varied emotions during the moment of their driving. It seems to me that no other experience can not be compared with this intense psychological experience. You can be able to get an entire thrill of driving only when you control the motor vehicle in a proper way, otherwise it would be destructive for you and others on the road as well. Before driving at any region you should always have a clear head to decide how you will operate the motor vehicle properly. Don’t drive after taking alcohol or certain drugs because these can cause drowsiness that would be dangerous for you.

While driving on hills:
You can enjoy fully the adventure of driving on hills. It’ll simply be one of the greatest feelings that you have experienced in your life. But remember that this adventure is quite tough to get because driving on hill would cause danger for you, even it may cause death due to its uneven and narrow landscape. So whenever you will take a drive on hills you should follow the rules are described below:

1. Before climbing up on hill or descending a steep road you are required to pursue the correct gear. You can also complete the gradient section except changing the gear.

2. While driving on hilltop you have to make way for the large sized vehicle such as trucks, buses etc. And keep in mind that you should never try to overtake them near narrow areas or at the crest of the hill as well.

3. Whenever you will be at any sharp turning or deep dark corner you should blow the horn loudly and also use the deeper lamp to protect yourself from an immediate accident.

4. Follow road traffic signs very carefully whenever you will be on driving on hill area.

5. At the moment you driving down hill remember you should not apply brakes, but you can use the engine brake of course in low gear.

6. You can not overuse the footbrake as it may often result a complete brake failure.

7. And the vehicles that are going uphill might be contributed precedence.

8. If you need to park your vehicle on a positive (uphill) gradient then don’t forget to use the parking brake and also transfer into the position of first gear; and on a negative (downhill) gradient shift the lever to the backward position.

9. Remember the most vital thing that you would not never turn off the engine of your vehicle while descending from the hilltop. And also do not put the gear in neutral position because it will be difficult for you to control the vehicle swiftly.
